Which Playerapplication are you using to play the music? Have you checked with a different player like Windows Media Center?

You may want to check the settings within the Audio Manager Program supplied by the Sound Card driver manufacturer.Microsoft print to pdf windows 7.

Step 1: Run the Playing Audio troubleshooter and check if that detects any issues – worth a try

Open the Playing Audio troubleshooter

If you haven’t tired installing Audio drivers available on the manufacturer’s website, please try the following steps

Step 2: Uninstall audio drivers and then install the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

Firstly, download the audio drivers from the manufacturer’s website and save it on the desktop.

1.Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.‌
if you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

2.In Device Manager, locate sound video and game controller and then double-click the device name.

3.Click the Driver tab, and then click uninstall Driver and follow the instructions.

Do not restart the computer when prompted, go ahead and install the audio drivers saved on the desktop. Check to see if this makes any difference.
